The Steelimpex plant in Ruse acquired a modern powder coating line, consisting of a chamber for electrostatic application of the paint in the form of powder and an oven for baking the powder coating. A blasting chamber is also in the process of being put into operation, on which the preliminary preparation of the details for painting will take place.
The Steelimpex powder coating line ensures the continuity of the production process in the following sequence: design, cutting, laser cutting, welding, degreasing and blasting, painting, packaging and storage.
The main RAL colors used for the serial production of legs and bases for tables and desks are: RAL 9005 – black matt, RAL 9010 – white matt, RAL 7001 – light gray and RAL 7016 – dark grey. Upon request, customers will have the opportunity to choose from 213 RAL colors, as well as many luxurious catalog colors with metallic and embossed finishes.
